Providers are located throughout San Diego County.  We are actively recruiting new providers all the time to help you save money on all of your pet care needs.  And we do our best to provide only qualified and professional providers.  We do not partner with those who provide pet care services or supplies as a hobby.  If you don't see your favorite pet provider listed in our Network, invite them to join.

	$25.00		If you've never had an Animal Avenue VIP Card, select this option.
	$20.00		If you have a VIP Card and need to renew, select this option.  You will need to provide your Member Name and Member#.
	$5.00		If you lost your VIP Card and need a replacement, select this option.  You will need to provide your Member Name and Member#.
	If you adopted a pet from a rescue or shelter within the past year, you can get a free VIP Card.  Click on "Free Card", fill out the application and mail it along with a copy of your adoption agreement to the address listed on the application.
